Junkers Ju 52/3mg4e Hartvikvatnet, Narvik Nordland

Transportstaffel 3./KGr zbV 102 DB+RC WNr.6631 13.04 1940

Thirteen transport planes took off from Berlin-Tempelhof on 12.April to carry 2./A.R.112 Gebirgsbatterie and supplies to Narvik.
Two of the planes (SE+JZ and CN+BS of 1./102) got lost in bad weather and force landed in Gullesfjord.
The rest landed on the frozen lake Hartvikvatnet. Pilot of DB+RC was Ltn.Heinz Fontana.
